As a tech-junkie myself, I’m always interested in how technology can improve our lives, and I’m especially excited about technology within the context of travel. For me, it’s like the best of both worlds.
Wether we’re talking about an app or gadget that improves one’s travel experience, I’m all about it.
Fun fact about Tony: Back in the day, I used to develop and release my own apps to the app store.
One of my first apps was called States iVisited, an app to keep track of what states you’ve been to. I even created its counterpart called Places iVisited where you could track which countries you’ve visited.
Anyway, because I’ve moved on from the role of a software engineer and into the role of a content creator, I now enjoy writing about travel tech.
I’m not one of those bloggers who reviews things that he never tries out. As a result, my app and website recommendations are tried and tested on the road.
My travel tech blog posts go beyond the digital world. To me, technology is any application (both digital and tangible) that solves a problem. For that reason, you’ll also see things in this category that aren’t just apps.
